Send nodes
Manage VPS senders with heartbeat health, setup wizard, DNS planning, and agent tokens for pull-based delivery.
GripMail
Infrastructure, reputation ramp, and campaign control in one product — not a pile of scripts.
How it works
Point GripMail at a domain and server. We provision the stack, ramp daily volume safely, then run your campaigns with live health guards.
Add host, SSH, and sending domain. GripMail installs Postfix, OpenDKIM, tracking endpoints, and the delivery agent — no manual mail-server babysitting.
Each node ramps on its own schedule toward high daily volume. Bounce spikes trigger hold logic so you scale without burning the IP.
Launch campaigns from the panel. Agents pull jobs, Postfix delivers, and watchdog + blocklist monitors pause or alert when reputation is at risk.
Control plane
Your admin UI, database, and queues stay off the sending domain. Recipient-facing links, SPF, DKIM, and unsubscribe live on the node — so the panel never becomes the reputation liability.
Panel capabilities
GripMail is a full product surface — not just a mailer script. Here is what ships in the panel today.
Manage VPS senders with heartbeat health, setup wizard, DNS planning, and agent tokens for pull-based delivery.
Per-node daily caps climb on a fixed schedule. Soft holds on hard-bounce risk keep ramp from destroying reputation.
Throttle, provider breakdowns, delivery timeline, failover policies, and sending watchdogs when queues stall.
Editable HTML with placeholders, spam-phrase lint, link checks, and guards against leaking the panel domain into From or links.
CSV / XLSX / TSV import with column mapping, queue for large files, and custom attributes for personalization.
Batch email hygiene before you burn volume — role accounts, DNS signals, and progress you can monitor live.
Target the right slice of the list. Hard bounce, unsubscribe, and soft-bounce suppressions stay out of future sends.
Opens, clicks, and unsubscribe on sending-domain URLs — isolated from the control-plane host.
ZEN, DBL, SpamCop, Barracuda and more. Critical listings mark nodes burned and notify the team.
Capture and work conversations from people who answered — keep outreach and follow-up in one place.
Sent, delivered, and errors broken down by Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and the rest of the inbox mix.
In-panel alerts for offline nodes and reputation events, plus webhook event history for delivery integrations.
Why teams choose GripMail
Most tools let you hit send. GripMail treats nodes like assets: provisioned, warmed, watched, and retired when burned.
Self-healing send path
Agents pull jobs; deferred leases recover; campaign guards pause on policy blocks and bounce spikes.
Built for real list volume
Import, validate, segment, suppress — then send at throttle that matches warmed capacity.
Ops visibility without leaving the panel
Heartbeats, blocklists, notifications, provider stats, and webhook events in one workflow.
Warmup target
~30k / node / day
Gradual foundation → ramp → scale → maintain, with hold on elevated hard bounces.
Delivery channels
The primary path is dedicated send nodes. Optional Gmail OAuth and purchased SMTP relays can be enabled when your workspace needs alternate channels — same campaigns, contacts, and templates.
Dedicated nodes
Postfix + OpenDKIM + agent — your IP, your domain, your reputation curve.
Gmail OAuth
Optional inbox-based sending for lighter or mixed workflows.
SMTP relays
Hook purchased SMTP providers with webhooks and quota-aware dispatch.
